SHARIA ACCOUNTS

Sharia compliant accounts with no interest fees as and when made available will be monitored to ensure they are not being abused by traders making carry trades or holding open positions over a prolonged duration. If an account is considered to be holding such positions a position maintainence fee will be applied to open positions equivalent to 0.75 pip per 100k Usd Per day

You agree to indemnify and hold investorseurope and its agents, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services.
